To be eligible to sit for the CAPM exam, you must first meet the following prerequisites:
Firstly, you need make sure you meet the CAPM exam eligibility requirements. For that, you will need the required 23 hours of training this course will offer you. PMI advises the coursework must be completed at the time of your examination.
Then, you need to make your exam application online at www.PMI.org and provide some basic general Information, such as your name, address, educational background and length of time that you have undertaken project management training (i. e. through our course).
PMI will verify your application and, once it is accepted, they will send you further instructions to pay the examination fee (circa $225 – $300 USD) and schedule the exam. Typically, processing times are quick, but if your application is selected for an audit, it might take a little longer.
Our preparation course costs €795 and gives you the learning hours required to be allowed apply for the CAPM exam.
The CAPM exam and certification are administered by the US-based certification body, which is the PMI. The examination fee is currently US$225 for PMI members and US$300 for non-members. This fee is paid directly to PMI.
