What is Stakeholder Management?

Knowing how to keep stakeholders engaged, satisfied, and motivated is a must-have skill for maintaining excellent and long-lasting relationships.    

Managing and engaging with stakeholders requires a unique set of skills. For effective stakeholder management, you need to look at the bigger picture.  

This short course on Stakeholder Management and Communications will empower you with tools and techniques to identify and analyse your stakeholders to understand their expectations, needs, and level of power and interest.

The course fees include the access to all course materials on the Student Hub, live expert-led virtual classes, recordings and unlimited support from our Student Support team.

What are the delivery formats available for this course?
  • Online. Classes run online over one day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Do not worry about missing an online class – a recording of each online class will be available for playback in the Student Hub for a limited period of time. 
  • On-demand. Fit your learning into your own schedule and learn at your own pace with this flexible online format.  
  • Classroom. Choose classes on campus for in-person learning with industry-expert lecturers. Classes run at the National College of Ireland (Dublin). Please note the scheduling of classroom courses may have been affected by Covid-19. 
Am I eligible for this course?

There are no prerequisites to participate in this course.  

Is the course suitable for candidates without former PM knowledge?

Prior knowledge of project management approaches is not required.

How long is the course?

The course runs for 1 day, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Is the course applicable to any industry?

Yes, the content of this course is suitable for various industry sectors. We have students from different backgrounds – such as engineering, pharmaceuticals, design, construction, IT and many others – who completed the course successfully.

Will recordings be available if I miss a class?
