Ruth Buckley

Ruth Buckley, MBA, IPMA-B, PMP® is Head of Information Systems at Cork City Council and formerly worked with Bank of Ireland. She has lead many high risk and complex projects such as YR 2000 and Euro change over.

Her particular areas of interest are programme and portfolio management which necessitates an ability to maintain strategic focus while implementing project management standards and methodologies. She has participated in writing examination questions for International Examination and is also a lead assessor in the IPMA Four Level Certification System.
