Fred Barry

Fred Barry is a lawyer, chartered engineer and is chief executive of the National Roads Authority (NRA). He is also the Chairman of the Conference of European Road Directors, and director of the National Development Finance Agency.

During his 30 years of project management of complex projects, he has worked on major infrastructural and industrial projects in Africa, the Middle East, Canada and the USA. He has published extensively on the topic and acted as keynote speaker and chair at many domestic and international conferences.
